I try to over stimulate myself. I've always had stim related issues, but something that's helped me calm myself or distract myself is fully immersing or stimulating myself with someone. Starting Duolingo, forcing myself to focus to a podcast, or learning more detailed skills make myself put all of my focus and energy into the task at hand and slows or sometimes gets rid of that anxiety episode

I do the same as matcha mocha except i will just turn on like 2 shows at once and music and just have so much going on that i mentally can’t be anxious

thank you rena ray!! I will try that out!!
I'm not sure if this is helpful, but what I try to do is flick my head as if I'm flipping a switch and try to move on to the next thought. I try to do that until it works, or I try and find something to distract myself with like music
thank you so much!!!!!! <33
