Yes. Ive tried everything from vitamins to botox to nerve block and trigger point injections. Nothing has worked. I used to visit the ER at least 3 times a week until i started on medical marijuana. That has kept me out of the hospital but my migraines are still unbearable. My neurologist sent me to a specialist in Philly at the Jefferson headache center and they prescribed me a ketamine nasal spray. It is very easy to get addicted to this stuff. Until a new treatment becomes available there is nothing left for me to try unless i want to do something drastic like go to the reed clinic in TX and have migraine surgery done

I used to, until I found a specialized headache clinic. The neurologist there recommended quite a few migraine-focused supplements, I tried some other meds but supplements combined with Botox treatments for migraines has worked best for me. It took a while, but I have gotten to the point where I can live my life mostly without nearly as much interruption from migraine. In case of breakthrough, I have abortive meds like sumatriptan and ondansetron, but these shouldn’t be over-used or headaches will actually increase in frequency etc. as a result, so use w caution. But as emergency meds, very good to have on hand.

@giragitsprj Thanks for responding me ☺️ I’ve tried everything, I’m now with Botox and aimovig 140, but still daily headaches and I overuse sumatriptans so I have moh. I have a neurostimulator implanted in my head and still have daily pain… it’s been like this for almost 45 years… doctors give up on me but I’m still trying to find something in order to have a normal life… have ptds and cronic depression… so I’m really a difficult case
