Hello! Just joined and wanted advice on my upcoming pop surgery. Having cystocele and rectocele repair on the 30 th. Also hysterectomy. Not sure if I should keep my ovaries or remove them. I am post menopause but know that the ovaries are still producing hormones. I am leaning toward keeping them since I have no ovarian cancer in my family. Thoughts
