Seeking advice on endometriosis and hysterectomy

Hi! I just had a endometriosis removal for the second time, the surgery didn’t work. I wanna push for a hysterectomy where i keep my ovaries. I know doctors say it’s not a cure but it worked for my mom and aunts. Any helpful info?

Its probably only helpful if its a full hysterectomy with the ovaries, did they have adenomyosis too?

They didn’t specify that, the doctors words were “you had it everywhere” i’ve been having new pain i suspect is adenomyosis.
