Hi everyone! Anyone using homeopathic remedies? It’s been a while since I’ve been on here. I’m still without a formal diagnosis for my severe fatigue and pain. It often feels like the day before you have a bad cold and you’re too achy and exhausted to function. I most recently tried a low fodmap diet to rule out any food triggers. I still avoid garlic and onion but it doesn’t seem like food intolerance is my problem. I recently researched other gut issues and their symptoms. So, I’m trying the tiktok popular Paraguard. It’s a mixture of herbs you can read about if you like. To my surprise I am feeling better. I’m also looking into adding diatomaceous earth and mimosa Pudica. Homeopathic treatment is not my first choice, but after 3 years and no diagnosis I’m doing my best to research what homeopathic remedies may work. I’d love to share info with anyone interested in this as well. I have a biology degree and I’m hoping that serves me well in weeding out the fake or potentially dangerous things to try. I also plan to share what I’m trying with my doctor.

My dad swears by turmeric! I haven’t tried it yet though.

Hi! I would love to explore and discuss homeopathic options. I am also undiagnosed with only treatment of my symptoms. I also have a degree in biology and have taken medicinal plant classes. ( but I’m no expert by all means, just a curious person trying to feel better )

@Mik16 hi! I wanted to follow up since since I tried a few herbal remedies. If you want to catch up let me know. I used the Paraguard and mimosa pudica if you want to research them a bit first.
Hi sunshine. I would be glad to read 'anything' that you wanna share regarding pain management of any kind. Please share the knowledge!
@hardluck I’ve mainly focused on relief for my severe fatigue and brain fog but have come across a few pain relief uses. I don’t have a specific article to share but one thing I read said mimosa pudica works as well as aspirin for pain. Maybe something for you to do more research on. Also diatomaceous earth is supposed to be great for joint pain. My understanding is it aids in part of the process of collagen production and thus supporting cushioning between joints.
