Dealing with a Narcissistic Partner and a Broken Heart

My partner and I just broke things off, we have an apartment together and neither of us can afford to leave now so we’re gonna wait out the lease. They are a narcissist and we had a fight awhile back which I believe was a domestic violence issue. They threw stuff at me and belittled me, blocked me from being about to leave and I haven’t gotten over it because they haven’t done anything to fix it. They broke up with me but I’ve been wanting to for awhile but it still hurts. They said I “tricked” them at the start of our relationship, which for context I had just gotten out of the hospital for a suicide attempt and was mentally not all there being of the drugs I took. They blame me for everything and refuse to take any accountability for their actions while I’ve sat here for months saying it’s been both of us and I’ve tried desperately to do better while they just don’t care about the trauma they put me through. I feel frustrated, hurt, lost, hopeless. I don’t know what to do now or what I’ll do after the lease and I’m most likely gonna have to give up all of my animals and my heart is shattering again and again…
