It's gonna be okay! You do need help & it's vital that your parents are aware that it's happened again so that they can get you it! Try catching them in a really good mood before confronting them with this matter. Your parents should never see you as a burden to them as they should always be willing to listen & help you at any given time, but definitely try talking to them when you know for a fact that they are in a decent mood & have time. Hope this helps!😊

Maybe you could text your parents or write them a note to start the conversation. I know that for me, it is really hard to just bring up my mental health to my parents so it is easier for me to text my mom that I need to talk to her about my mental health/depression. Maybe that could help. You need help, and even though it’s really hard you need to let your parents know what’s going on. It’s going to be okay<3

I feel the exact same way. My parents never knew that I cut myself but I ended up telling my sister after I was able to stop. But now it’s gotten bad again. It’s gotten to a point where last night my boyfriend had to pry my hands away from each other so I wouldn’t harm myself. And I still cut when he was out of the room. So after he came back he just held me and cleaned it up. I was terrified of myself. I still am. And I feel like a burden on everyone and idk what to do. I’m sorry you feel like this because it is super isolating and lonely. But know that I am here with you! I love you! You are strong!
