How to Talk to a Judgemental Parent About Relapse?

I just relapse a few months ago, and I just don't know how to bring it up with my mom. She's someone is is super judgemental - I want to talk to someone but idk who. what do I do?

UPDATE: I told her and she said "lmao no u don't, you're skinny PLUS I work with people who have EDs - you're just Depressed and an attention seeker." Now, I have to get evaluated and explain how my mom is giving me mad anxiety that causes me to starve

my family is the same way. i never want them to find out about my relapse, or any of my other issues in fear they will be judgmental or angry with me. :( therapy has been a life-saver. it is so comforting to have a safe space to vent about my problems & concerns, & also receive the care, resources, & tools i need to get back on track to living a healthy life.

Hey my mom is the same way, but I understand the need for a support system. If you don't have a best friend you trust with your life you can always start with someone on here. It's easier to open up to someone when it's anonymous 🤗❤️ I would honestly suggest not telling your mom until you are at least in a stronger and healthier mental space. My mom 10yrs later still doesn't know
