anyone else get involuntary regurgitation? i dont know if GERD is the cause but i get it all the time, with all kinds of food, drinks, even medicine or swallowed gum.

    yes, all the time. i don’t know what helps it definitively but sometimes chewing gum or drinking water (if i pace myself) seem to temporarily work

    yes, it happens to me with anything I swallow I would recommend going to an ear nose and throat doctor. I got diagnosed in 2020 , but so many people blew it off as an eating disorder. But, it is possible that you have GERD, so look into it.

      if you dont mind me asking, what was it you were diagnosed with?

        I was diagnosed with GERD and dysphasia I also have rumination syndrome which does not help.
