anyone else get involuntary regurgitation? i dont know if GERD is the cause but i get it all the time, with all kinds of food, drinks, even medicine or swallowed gum.

      @Frrawry I was diagnosed with GERD and dysphasia I also have rumination syndrome which does not help.

      yes, it happens to me with anything I swallow I would recommend going to an ear nose and throat doctor. I got diagnosed in 2020 , but so many people blew it off as an eating disorder. But, it is possible that you have GERD, so look into it.

      yes, all the time. i don’t know what helps it definitively but sometimes chewing gum or drinking water (if i pace myself) seem to temporarily work
