I’ve been trying to do better by eating three meals a day but after doing it consistently I just start feeling heavy and makes me want to relapse. What should I do?
I know exactly how you feel. I never stopped eating three meals but they were all very small. When I started to try more substantial meals, I would feel so uncomfortably full and my stomach would feel like a rock. This is all temporary. After a while it started to feel better and I gained so much energy back. Just hold on and trust me you will start to feel better. You’ve got this :)
