I’m working on getting back on my meds. I don’t know why I stop taking them. This time I’m going to stick with it. Maybe tomorrow I can reschedule my appointment with the psych. I also finally got a job after being unemployed for almost a year. I’m already struggling with the pressure and anxiety of having a full time job again. At least it’s a work from home job so I won’t have to leave the house.

I've struggled with staying on my meds as well. For me I think it's an executive dysfunction problem. When I start getting low and know I need a refill or that I have to have another appointment to get the refill, my body just won't listen to my brain when it tells me to call the pharmacy or to go pick up the refill. So I just give up and deal with withdrawals until I can't take it anymore and finally do the thing to get started again.
Meds are very difficult for me to keep track of and make a habit of as well, though it’s good to hear that you’re aware of needing them :) I try to create/integrate taking them into my usual schedule (whether you take them morning or night) so it’s easier for me to just pop them without much thought into it. Congratulations on getting employed! I hope all goes well ❤️
🙏 You know you need them and thats great! Consider finding a new system that helps you take them. Like a reward if you take them 4 days one week. Then next time 5 days. And everytime you do 7 days. I have to do this, and it's small stuff usually. One time it was a small iced latte, another a new hair clip, one time I allowed myself (to the best of my ability) to just relax and do nothing.
