Oh my god yes. My executive dysfunction kicks in, I'll be awake and ready and just not go. It's so annoying

I use Structured and my iPhone calendar to track appointments and other things I have to do throughout the day.

I usually put it in my cellphone calendar. I like it bc it vibrates when it comes time to take it. You can also put it in the cellphone alarm. It's good bc it makes a loud sound when it comes time.

I am horrible at keeping my appointments and taking meds that may be prescribed to me. However I will make sure everyone else keeps appointments and takes their meds. I feel like I am always having to go to the doctor and I hate the wait, then to only be listened to for a few minutes and get nothing accomplished.
