Feeling Exhausted with Mental Health Treatment

Currently having an "I dont want to take my meds anymore" moment. Like I know I need them I'm just sick of the whole idea of it all. I have therapy this week so I'll bring it up with her but I kinda wanna cancel the appointment and stop doing it all. It's exhausting.

Yes I'm right there with u it gets so tiring waking up taking my meds just to fight the demons for another day always wonder is it worth it when does it end does it ever get better if I take them into my head all the time and when I try to sleep

I take a shot and a breakthrough med. It helps a lot, and minimizes the" I hate my meds" days.

I get how exhausting it all is, and definitely have those moments as well. Keep with it. Keep the appointment and keep taking your meds. Something that helps me is thinking how exhausting it would be to start the process all over from square one and waiting for the meds to kick in all over again.

I totally get it. It’s so annoying because if you miss one dose or take it too late it messes me up and I’m depressed and tired for days. Even on them I don’t feel totally myself and I’m not even on a lot
