Start by taking inositol and drinking a lot of water ( inositol is a vitamin) and slowly start cutting out dairy and gluten out of your diet and cutting back on sugars and carbs. You really don't want to overdue it on the exercise because it'll overwork your adrenal glands and make your symptoms worse so light cardio. I've done this for about a half a year and I've lost over 40 pounds. Good luck!!

For me a 3,2,3,2 rotation worked. I did 3 days of cardio (stationary bike), 2 days of rest, then 3 days of yoga, then 2 days off.

keto diet works best for me, cut out sugar completely and sub with splenda or stevia. Working out also speeds it up, having pcos makes it very very hard to lose weight and cutting a bit of calories, full sugar and cutting carbs has worked amazing for me! also make sure to watch on the salt and seasonings you add to your food, ❤️ ❤️ 💕
