I am new with panic attacks, I would like to know how superate this condition

      These may all be cliche, but meditation, nature, tai chi, exercise, sunshine, gratitude journal, happy thinking, and most importantly, deep breathing. Also, try to find the root cause of it. I have dealt with panic attacks for ten years and they got incredibly worse two years ago due to a neck injury. Best thing you can do is breathe slow and calm your racing mind.
