been having panic attacks off and on for the past two years. the two things that were significant help were meditating daily and taking CBD. I have tried countless other tools: breathing techniques cold shower ice in mouth/hands getting fresh air stretching listening to music talking to family/friends distraction with comedy or video games gotten a lot better but I just moved here from the west coast and I have no family lol. just roommates which is better than nothing. hoping anyone has any tips on how to deal with panic attacks thanks
