I have Oral Allergy Syndrome, which basically means I’m allergic to certain plants, but my body misreads the proteins in certain fruits, vegetables, and nuts and thinks they are the allergens. Anyways, lately random foods have been making me have reactions, tonight I finally cracked the case. SOYBEAN OIL! Apparently it’s similar to birch pollen and that’s why my body’s reacting to it. Idk really, all I know is that all the foods that I have had mystery reactions to have soybean oil in them and this is going to suck to avoid.

A: Soybean oil is similar to birch pollen, which may cause your body to react to it due to Oral Allergy Syndrome. It can be challenging to avoid soybean oil as it is present in many foods, so it's essential to check the ingredients of everything you buy to ensure it's not included.
