accidentally ate soy earlier today... I feel pretty terrible... I wish people around me were more serious about it and tried to understand its a real allergy and not an aversion to vegan food or something 😩 now i gotta deal with the consequences

I had this happen too last night and my stomach has been so upset from it. I hate trying to eat out bc of it. It’s like soy gluten and dairy are in everything. Sorry you’re struggling too.

im so sorry. i have this but with gluten and people always assume it's because of a fad, or like it's easy to just find something to eat when we go out. or when I get contaminated, people are just like, you're stomach will hurt but you'll be fine. like not really, the pain is debilitating, for days. I'm sorry you were contaminated. 🧡
