I'm ftm trans and I'm currently wearing a tank top But oddly enough, I don't feel dysphoric. But I feel like I should. Is that bad?

As NekoTeto123 stated, gender euphoria is a better indicator of being trans. The narrative that suffering is the only way to prove you're trans is false and harmful. I have a friend who experiences no gender dysphoria. He only realized he was trans when he was cast in a male role in a play and the euphoria he got from that eventually led to him figuring it out. I've been on T for 5 years now and sometimes still wear a tank top. Focus on what makes you comfortable and happy. Focus on the euphoria side. Cis people don't have to love their bodies to be cis; we don't have to hate ours to be trans. Good luck!

Itā€™s okay to not experience gender dysphoria! Everyoneā€™s gender journey is different, and that means different experiences. Gender is a social construct and has nothing to do with your body, you donā€™t need to change or be uncomfortable with your body to be transgender šŸ’•

Not at all! Gender dysphoria isn't what makes you trans. It's gender euphoria when you live as yourself that does! I rarely experience dysphoria, but that doesn't make me any less trans! Keep living your life man, wishing you the best :)
