does anyone else deal with touch starvation? i feel like nobody talks about it. all i think about is having someone to cuddle and kiss, and i make it worse by consuming romantic media. i'm not sure how to relieve it besides hugging some warm paper from the printer lol

      I feel the same way. That's why I have around 50 stuffed animals. This is not an exaggeration.

      this is 100% me, too. my #1 love language is physical touch and i'm always deprived of it. i usually hug a pillow when i sleep—that's the best i can get. though, i haven't done that lately because there's a heat wave where i'm at (+ no air con) and it's way too mf hot. i wish i could have a friend who's not shy to show affection through touch, even if only platonically. sending you many hugs and cuddles, OP. cheering for you. ♡

      I use to have zero contact for the huge part of my early life. Nowadays I've got an awesome girlfriend who gives me alot and doesn't make me feel bad about wanting simple things like that.

      This has been hitting me hard in the last few days too! I’ve even been dreaming about being held and cuddled. Some things that help me are warm showers, cuddling with XL pillows in bed while laying on a heating pad (simulates that warmth from another body) and cuddling with my dog.

      Honestly I get some larger stuffed animals. Or you van put uncooked rice/beans in the microwave and it'll act as a heating pad (also great for cramps)
