So i dont know if this is because of my mental health issues or what, but, i havent been hugged, held hands with, or been physically touched in 6 years. Not even a hand on my shoulder, or someone passing by...and now, when ever someone touches me...it feels like fire amd electricity and ice flowimg through me all at once...
