(BPD) So, me and my psychiatrist are beefing.. I don’t trust her anymore. I was already thinking of trying to wean myself off my medication and trying more natural remedies (which in my case has actually been better) but I’ve officially decided I do not want to see her again. I am in DBT Therapy twice a week so I have plenty of support. Has anyone ever done this? Has anyone tried any natural remedies for BPD? Which ones? THANKS SO MUCH IN ADVANCE

Honestly it should be up to you if you want meds or not. I'm not on meds but that's by choice. If your psychiatrist thought it was really to the point where you absolutely needed meds, you'd probably be in grippy socks right now. It will probably be harder off of meds but you're willing to find something that works better for you and that's a good thing. Don't feel discouraged if you find meds were better for you, this is for YOUR mental health.

@lindseeeey really hoping that person did it by accident considering this is supposed to be a support community 😕
