I'm going at life unmedicated right now. Just going to therapy helped a lot for me. It's still a struggle, but the more I understand about myself with an unbiased party to essentially vent to (the therapist) the better I got at self managing.

I take two mood stabilizers for the uncontrollable mood swings, among other meds for other symptoms not related to BPD, and I've found that they have helped dramatically.

Therapy has definitely improved my symptoms. It helps me understand why I’m feeling the way I feel and sometimes helps me control them depending if I’m consistent with going there. Just don’t skip your appointments and you should notice a good improvement

For me a combination of therapy, meds, and skills learning have all been game changing!

i’ve heard really wonderful things about DBT and my therapist is trying to get approved to provide it, so it might be something i can look forward to soon 🤞🤞

Listen to on YouTube or read the book Loving What Is by Byron Katie. It’s a book about radical acceptance and it’s helped me more than years of therapy.
