Managing BPD with Medication: Is it Worth It?

I do not recommend medication. For years I’ve been on many variations to control my mood swings and episodes, but it’s only made it worse and it came with horrible side effects. I’ve been off of psych meds for 4 months now and I finally feel like myself again. The thing that helped me the most to control my moods swings and episodes was talking to people about it who go through the same. They showed me healthy coping skills and let me know that we’re never truly alone, but what works for me doesn’t work for everyone.
