Is it just me or does anyone experience a flare after working out? My feet turns red especially when I work on my lower body.

I’m sorry you go through this too. It’s sooo tough working out with RA. I literally use to workout 2 hours a day and lift like it was “nothing” . Since I got hit with RA 7/2019 I wasn’t able to workout as much and I gained 30lbs from having these flares. It’s so crazy how RA comes into your life randomly. I know cutting red meat out of my diet has helped with reducing the flares. But I guess we all just need to do a feeling calendar to track when the flares some and what we ate to see if anything causes the flare.
Oh 1000000% yes I do. Even at work being mildly active my hands start to flare. Sometimes working through it makes me feel better, other times I need to sit for a bit. Being a bartender and working on my own helps with everything. When I do leg days at the gym my ankles flare a bit
