Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS)

When my restless leg gets out of control I have to get up and walk around maybe a light stretching, dishes, laundry, play a game anything to keep my mind busy. A foam roller and heating pad or ice sometimes helps. I’ve tried all the CBD creams and tiger balms but they don’t work very well for me and I’m not one for a bunch of medications so I try my best to work thru it. But I did notice if I don’t get up out of bed while my legs are restless I ruin my sheets by all the constant leg movements. I actually wear a hole 🕳️ in them. So I got one of those (cooll high density sponge bed sleeping leg raiser pillows) and that has become very handy you can find them at Walmart for under $20.
@Oouchthathurts normally that works for me too but it was downright painful last night and I was beyond exhausted and just couldn’t get up to do much walking. Saving up for one of those heated leg massagers
