      Being active can be such a struggle. I’ve found yoga to be the easiest thing to do whether I feel energized or not. It does absolutely help tho

      I agree with stress. I didn’t know I had internal stress until I started finding a correlation between heavier work or overall busier weeks and my symptoms flaring

      Oh my gosh on being active!! It helps in so many ways, but I love weight training with my osteoporosis, and I ALWAYS have to take a rest day in between more intentionally active days because of the fatigue I end up with. What’s up with that!!

      exercise 🙃 whenever I don’t exercise nearly everyday my symptoms worsen, which it’s good to stay active but sometimes annoying

      stress😐😐😐 stg i went on a vacation and had NO issues with my stomach the whole time & then came home and back to the same issues everyday
