Struggling to Exercise with POTS: Any Tips?

My doctor has given me a lot of resources about sitting exercises like rowing. Try to focus your energy on your core and legs, I'm not entirely sure how it works but it's supposed to help a lot.

Im trying to lose weight too! I use the seated bike at the gym and do PT exercises on the floor lying down. Honestly diet has helped me the most to lose weight, very very small portion sizes and much healthier nurishing food options (+ a ton of salt lol)

I've been doing physical therapy for my exercise intolerance due to my POTS for the last few months. I am not trying to lose weight, but I mainly do a stationary bike since I can't walk long distances!

I’m not trying to lose weight but I did just get a stationary recumbent bike to try and gain some leg muscle again. It keeps my heart rate down since I’m leaning back
