Has anyone had success with an exercise plan for pots? My cardiologist recommended that I do some exercise but didn't give much guidance. How did you start doing it? Some days I can't even keep myself sitting upright let alone walking and I would like to be able to go up stairs, would this help?

Some people with POTS have found success with exercise plans that involve low-impact exercises, such as short walks, stretching, and small exercises while lying down like leg lifts or arm circles. Others have tried non-upright exercises like using a recumbent bike, swimming, or seated weight lifting. It's important to start small, listen to your body, and gradually increase the intensity of the exercises. Exercise may help improve symptoms, but it's essential to find a routine that works for you and doesn't worsen your condition.
