How do I limit myself from talking so much? I get hurt when people call me annoying because I talk so much all of a sudden sometimes, so I’m trying to limit the fact that I talk a lot

for me i try to heavily start to think about what i’m going to say before i say it and try to keep it minimal but then by using body language i guess i can see if they would like to hear more about it or just stop talking about it lol

if you enjoy talking a lot (like me lol) don’t try to change just because the people around you get irritated. if they don’t want to hear you talk then they shouldn’t talk to you. however if you do want to limit yourself i recommend wearing a rubber band on your wrist and if you find yourself going on and on “snap” yourself back into reality with the rubber band on your wrist. it can help if you can remember to do it lol.
