Venting About Stress and Anxiety

Todays been a pretty exhausting day. I feel like shit because I get so overwhelmed and treat everyone around me like shit. First it was Walmart. I didn’t bring my list, and my grandma was with us. I can’t stand her in stores. She tried to run off with my kid, which, due to recent events, gave me this anxiety that I couldn’t shake. After that I spent the whole time just trying to get out of there. I kept forgetting things on different aisles. Everyone was getting frustrated. We got home and decided to deal with our sneakpeak test the today. I hate needles. I thought that I was going to be able to do it myself and I couldn’t. My fiancé tried but he did the first one really slow. I jerked and it hurt really bad. I just bawled the whole time. I was just overstimulated. No one tries to understand what’s happening to me. They never have. It just kinda sucks, ya know? Sometimes I feel like it’s my karma tho. I think it’s fair of them because I know I act angry and hard to deal with. Idk man I just needed to vent.
