Today just feels really bleh. I am having a lot of anxiety and worrying and stressing about everything. I feel like it is just hard for me to focus and concentrate. I am trying but it just seems hard. I am finding it hard to even think because of my anxiety. I have now been having an attack since 6:45 AM. It is now 10:45 AM. I am shaky where I can't type and everything is so loud. I feel like I'm over stimulated. I am not sure how to get through this since I have work until 4:15. I don't know. Just a rough day. All I want to do is cry.

      I have felt the same way today but I don’t work. I spent the day just driving around to try and get my mind off of it. It didn’t work very well.

      In times like this I believe we should put ourselves & our mental health first . Me personally, I’m used to putting my commitments to others over my commitment to myself.. but we can’t be there for others if we aren’t showing up for ourselves . If you were feeling sick you would call out from work to take care of yourself & nurse yourself back to health . Your mental health is just as important! Take the time you need for yourself, do things that bring you peace, calm & comfort and make you feel good. Don’t push yourself today. Relax, recoup & try again tomorrow! You got this ❤️ 🙏
