Hi everyone - I am hoping for some advice: I do have pretty severe anxiety and I struggle with biting my nails, twirling my hair, and picking at my lips. When I try to stop doing one of these things I end up doing another. I really need some better coping mechanisms and couldn’t find anything that helped online. I tried wearing gloves but then I ended up biting the inside of my cheeks instead and I feel like I’m going crazy! Ugh help pls:(
