Do any of you guys know how to help with skin picking / biting the inside of your cheeks from anxiety? I’m constantly in pain from these issues, but it’s like I do it without realizing.

      I tend to chew gum and wear bracelets so I can chew/pick at those things. Make sure they aren't beaded bracelets though because if picked at enough they can snap and the beads will go everywhere. Hope this helps :)
