I need advice!!! I did it again. I forgot to eat all day and didn’t eat until I was so hungry my stomach hurt. Now I’m trying to eat but its making me so nauseous and I just want to sleep, but I can’t sleep because I’m so uncomfortable. I don’t want to starve myself again, it was so hard to get my body to stop rejecting food again. When I don’t eat for long enough my body starts rejecting everything I eat. Can I get any advice on how to stop that? Any reccomendations for safe-foods that will stay settled and hold me over? Much appreciated 🙏

      One of my safe-foods is rice. It's simple with little to no flavor that can be filling. I can always add or make it as simple as I need.

      Hi! I do the same thing so what I would do is just eat small snacks. Like eat a grape. Even if it's just one. I would try to eat healthy. Also exercise, or take awhile shopping and just walk, the more energy gone the hungrier you'll get, then I would maintain a healthy way of eating :]

        @HeatherLayz grapes sound really nice right now but we don’t have any and all the stores are closed 😔

          @Bees tbh grapes do sound good don't they 😂. I would go get them once the stores do open. :] and while at the store go get some other snacks. It should help with what's going on!

      when you forget to eat/dont eat for a long period of time, start small. work your way up to eating more. Start with a small serving of something, let your stomach rest, then, when your ready eat a little more
