because of my adhd, i toe walk a lot on my tiptoes and ive shrunken my tendons in my ankles, any tips other than practicing my flat footed walking in order to stretch them?

      I do the same, personally because i hate the feeling of my heels on the ground. Having house sandles or slippers with a bit of a cushioned heel has helped a lot. Even just slippers and stuffing a thick sock down where your heel rests.

      I’ve seen videos of people putting something slippery under their feet so it forces them to walk flat footed and help break the habit and strengthen the other muscles.

      I like to stand with my heel hanging off the stairs to stretch

      I would say use a stretchy band and put behind your toes and then take the band and pull it to you I hope that helps you

      You can stand with the balls of your feet on a step and heels off the edge, then steady yourself and relax your calves so your heels press towards the floor.

      I sometimes walk on the sides of my feet too, like turning both feet inside and walking, which takes pressure of the toes for me
