i hide in a bathroom/small enclosed space and play repetitive games like candy crush or solitaire so i get absorbed in what im doing and have something to focus on
I usually excuse myself to the bathroom and distract myself on my phone or listen to music
Especially in a place where people aren’t understanding, I say I have a really bad migraine and people are usually helpful in getting some somewhere safe and quiet
