i make sure to carry my airpods with me. i made an overstimulated playlist with calming songs for me and put my airpods on noise cancellation and try to just focus on my breath. grounding techniques!

I have to hide somewhere with less stimuli usually, and if I cant do that I start getting agitated and upset and it becomes a lot more difficult to deal with then.
