I knew when I wasn't using 5 apps all at the same time I'm now down to 3

I’m still learning and finding the right dose and everything.. but I know I missed it when I get snappy and loose my “pause button”. It helps me stop and consider my words before snapping at my husband and kids. Otherwise hard to say. 🤷🏻‍♀️ good luck!!

i’ve heard a lot recently it’s like actually having willpower over your life and what you choose to do.

I struggle with being able to tell sometimes. For me it reduced my brain fog/spaciness and I felt more tuned in.

My first sign was that I was sleeping better and waking up feeling more rested.

For me, the first symptom relief was my irritability. I still have horrible focus and everything, but my meds at least give me a couple o hours of focus and I’m not on the verge of losing my cool 24/7
