How to Tell if Your Meds are Working?

^^ being able to do the little things that used to feel so big, definitely. and being able to follow a conversation more easily. but what i did when i started meds was wrote down a list of my symptoms and rated the severity on a day i took my meds vs a day i didn’t.

The biggest thing I noticed to signal my meds are working is not having to fight my brain to get something done. I just did it. My focus improved. My brain became quieter versus having all sorts of thoughts buzzing around my head. Easier to process thoughts and things going on around me.
