You will notice that you have fewer or shorter episodes. It will take time though and you can also check daily or weekly with yourself how your week went and compare it to the previous one.

I honestly only noticed when mine started to work (I am still having trouble) when I started tracking it. Dailyo and Bearly are decent trackers. You just need to try to stay consistent with it. I wish you luck!!
