Looking for PMDD Support

I feel like I have PMDD. I have looked it up and have almost all the symptoms. I brought it up to my gyno and he basically said that I didn't have that just because I don't have suicidal thoughts

There has to be a way to correct this or improve it. Maybe if the hormonal aspect were better understood from an entire cycles point of view instead of just a single day, we could get a better understanding or treatment? I feel like the fog is keeping me from solving the science.

It feels like it's ruining my life to an extent. I can't accept that every two weeks, for the rest of my life basically, is going to be like this.

I've had severe cramps and migraines the full week of my period since I was a teen, depression and manic sorta energy level changes the week before it starts, and half the gynos I've been to have never even heard of this condition so I feel your pain!
