I believe I’m lactose intolerant. But even lactose free milk bother me. Can someone help me understand this?

It's possibly the whey protein your reacting to and not the sugars. In milk.

Maybe you're reacting to galactose. It's one of the sugars lactose is broken down into in lactose-free milk (or when your body breaks down regular milk). Do you have any problems with honey or cherries?

  @Karlie2000 no, I don’t think so 🤔 but I’ll be keeping an eye on that now lol could I call mr Docter and ask for any testing on the milk or ingredients?
