Exploring Food Intolerance and Alternatives
Does anyone have an off/on relationship with their intolerance? A period time you can have ice-cream, cream, cheese, etc but for another period of time you can with no reaction?
A doctor once said I was probably allergic to the protein in dairy (idk what it is but it starts with a C) but I still don’t understand.
Then also, does anyone have the exact same reaction of alt milks they do to dairy? I have never had an issue with eating almonds raw or oats, but almond milk and oak milk have the exact same effect on me as cows milk would.

I've noticed since my nephew has been born with a milk intolerance, and he's been drinking oat milk, I've started drinking it aswell and I couldnt believe how much of a difference I had from switching from normal milk to oat milk. I've noticed with normal milk, I'll have trapped wind and I'm not able to get wind up straight away, but with drinking oat milk, I get wind up straight away.

I have had intermittent responses. Overall intolerance especially after my 20’s. Some milks contain gums and thickeners that are troublesome. I found Kiki milk sold online has zero fillers. Plant based.
