Hi lactose intolerance person here, if it's more dietary based symptoms in relation to dairy that's likely what that is. Though if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask!!

There's dairy allergy and there's lactose intolerance. I would get tested to find out which one. Lactose intolerance is actually really rare and dairy allergy is much more common and easy to work with as there's tons of dairy replacements that still have lactose in them. Humans are actually really bad at processing cow milk because it's no where close to human milk. Goats milk is more similar to human milk and our bodies digest it better.

I think you got it backwards! Lactose intolerance is the common one, dairy allergies are rare.

My whole family is lactose intolerant, I figured it out when I was 10. I take lactaid pills and am able to eat anything now.

I have super bad lactose intolerance to the point where I throw up and lactaid doesn't help. I also have gastroparesis and POTS so there's that
