How do you deal with very low days out of nowhere?

it depends on the day, some days i try to embrace my feelings and get them all out with sad music and reflection. other days i don’t let anything bother me, and i read, watch movies , exercise, or watch impractical jokers.

I’m going through that right now actually. It’s hard to see the light. My “mantra” is this too shall pass. Nothing is forever.

these days happen a lot for me, i normally watch something on tv whether it’s netflix or youtube or whatever it is. honestly i have to keep myself distracted so that i don’t get even more sad. always keep in mind that the sun will rise again the next day and you won’t be sad forever 🤗🥰

I often go on YouTube and watch content I haven’t watched in years. It keeps me distracted and sometimes I find myself fallen down a nostalgia rabbit hole. Or even listening to old music you haven’t heard recently, music that takes you back to childhood
