Dealing with Injuries and Depression

I had a fall recently that I’m still dealing with injuries from. But my depression has been crazy bad since the fall. Does anyone have experiences like this?

      YES! I am a major clutz, so I've had a couple falls that have left injuries for a while... or even when it's a small fall and I just roll my ankle, 9 times out of 10 I've noticed I've fallen into a depressive spiral shortly/immediately after.

        @nerd.of_all.things thank you for the response! I just couldn’t think of why I was so depressed but I’m still dealing with a shoulder sprain from the fall, so, it’s not really that long ago.
