Accepting my BPD diagnosis: feeling alone

Hey, I'm Lissa new to this and I guess still accepting that I'm gonna be getting diagnosed with BPD. It's been a heart breaking experience so far. But so far I feel alone because no one I know understands.

      Im right here i recently got diagnosed with bpd but they said i must have had it my whole life and now my world looks so different

        @kai4ever I felt the same way cause I was misdiagnosed for over 11 years with bipolar disorder. When in reality I've had BPD all along. @Lissabear it does get easier. It just takes time. And having a circle that is small ans understands your issues is better than having a big circle who say they care but don't.

      Getting diagnosed has improved my life so much, I no longer feel as though I’m just weak or bad because I actually understand why I’m struggling.
