Dealing with Gastroparesis at a Young Age

@jencecil I was told to go on a low fat and low fiber diet. I also avoid dairy all together and I avoid very greasy foods. I like to stick with softer and more bland foods and soup!! Saltines, tuna, chicken noodle soup, pasta. I also handle bread really well in smaller amounts. Feel free to DM me and we can chat a bit over it !
