Dealing with Gastroparesis: Seeking Support

Hi I'm 25 - was only diagnosed with gastroparesis last year but have been having symptoms since I was 14 (unfortunately was diagnosed with coeliac disease around the same time so my symptoms were put down to a mixture of that and EDS). Have since also been told I have intestinal failure. Have had both a venting PEG and a jejunostomy tube inserted since diagnosis - what procedure are you having? Good luck!

I just got diagnosed with gastroparesis. I could use as much help and advice as anyone has to offer! Just started meal replacements yesterday… I lost 50 pounds in a few short months because of this. Any help is appreciated

I have gastroparesis too! Good luck with your procedure. I had a gastric pacemaker put in and it has been amazing with helping my symptoms

I was diagnosed 3 years ago. Still a lot of trial and error though. I seem to respond best to carbs and almost nothing else haha good luck on your procedure!
